2.DAILY 5 min videochat with your certified instructor buddy, who is an ACTUAL PERSON (I know, fascinating right?) who holds you accountable to yourself. Not only do they ensure you've completed the daily task, they help with internal motivation so you never have to pay a coach ever again! Most coaches give you a call once a week, which is how things DON'T get done. We care, which is why we talk with you every single day.
