Shift happens to us all the time. Big shifts, small shifts, all shifts! More often though, we create our own shifts.
We are called upon, by the universe, to shift. Daily. They are gifts that help us move better through life.
Sometimes, though, we may go a while without taking a shift that has been offered to us by the universe. This causes a blockage in our..... chakras.
Shifting too often could also be a problem! Living life too quickly leaves us no time to actually process and retain the gifts that come from shifting.
To skip a day or two is fine - as this is just the natural ebb and flow of life.
So why do we need to shift every day?
We need to be ready for when shift hits the fan. And it will.
If you're regular and practiced, your mind, body and soul will all have the necessary tools and tricks to clean up the mess.
When things get shifty, you will be able to keep your cool and go with the flow, instead of either imploding or exploding. Either way
So what shift pattern should we e
xpect from ourselves?
Shifting is the same, yet different on some levels, for everyone. For healthy flowing humans, one shift a day keeps you regular.
It's important to bring to awareness of our own shift history - memorable shifts.
What was that process like?
What did I get out of it?
What did I let go of, or gain, to be at my most optimal state?
Did I need help?
What do I still need to let go of?
What do I need to absorb more of?
Do I shift too much, or not enough - or am I right on track?
If I'm not right on track - how do I get there?
If I am - how do I maintain this regularity?
How do I anticipate my shifts?
